Support for Your Fourth Trimester

You’ve spent the last nine months preparing your mind, body, and spirit for labor and birth. You’re ready for what comes next, and you can’t wait to meet your baby.

But what about after birth? Are you ready to transition to a new family unit? For most expecting parents, the answer is a resounding No! But no fears, your postpartum Doula’s are here!

Postpartum doulas offer new families the opportunity to get some much-needed sleep, and we offer tips on healthy newborn sleep habits and behaviors. We can guide you through newborn care, including swaddling, baby-wear, diapering, calming and bathing; feeding support via breast, bottle, and formula. We can even provide nourishing light meal preparation, planning, and grocery shopping in addition to light household tidying up.

Additionally, we can help you find the local resources for postpartum depression or anxiety.
